On the day Friday, July 22, 2011, I did not attend the classes Retail Operation. I and my classmates was commissioned to do the layout and design of RSS (simulations retail store). We need to draw aplan RSS in our work. The work is some what complicated but very interesting. I hope I can apply it one day.

Store Design and Layout ( 20th July 2011 - Wednesday )
Today, we began a new syllabus for the semester three. we are exposed to the topic of a store design and layout. what we learned today is a continuation of our presentation on last Monday . in fact, last semester we were exposed to the sub topic more or less related to this topic. So, we are quite prepared to add more knowledge from Miss Asmah.More input I get from learning today, unfortunately we can only continue with the theoretical learning sessions for 1 hour only because our class was supposed to take place in the RSS (Retail Simulation Store ). After that, we all have to rush to feed again. Ms. Norasmah ask anyone to explain again what we learned in that class just now. After that, we also give the task to present the related floor plan of the premises that we have selected next week.Class ended.

My group Presentati0n of '7 eleven' premise.. ( 18th July 2011 - Monday )
On this day we do the first presentation after two months of vacation. A bit nervous I feel, need to speak English well. frankly, we were very poor english. want to say word stammer. sorry miss, our presentation is quite severe but we are trying to do the best in the future.
On the same day, the Nur Hafiza bt Zaidi be the best presentation. They given too much input. For example, they explain the history of Carrefour. today's lesson is that we can distinguish various types of design used by retailers around the world. I wondered, how they can be very creative to create designs that can be applied worldwide. great right?
7 Eleven, although not the greatest. But the design and layout that is used is very systematic. Ms. Norasmah also ask, what recommendations would I do to attract more customers to come to the 7 Eleven.
* I answer by placing ATM machines.
That is our presentation day. I also include a video presentation of our bad.

Today is Friday .. on 15th July 2011
Im late to attend my RO' class at B004 .. nervous actually, scared if late after
my lecturer arrived .
Take a time for my photograph session with JP Club , luckily miss not arrived yet!
im taking my place , after 5 minutes my class is begin .. ;)
in that class , we discuss about group division for our assignment .
after choosing , we decide to did '7 eleven' premise for our task .. !
What design the premise have choosen , and why they did it ??
